W. Bear Lloyd Auctions & Real Estate is more than a real estate company. It is a full-service sales operation designed to help you transition your home, estate, farm, or business from one owner to another. I founded this company because I knew that sellers need more than someone who can put a for sale sign in their front yard. They need a professional who will assist them with the preparation and selling of multiple assets. Selling real estate and other assets "as-is" is central to my business model, because I believe making repairs to keep a deal from falling apart is the last thing a grieving loved needs to have on their mind. I offer my clients a "black and white strategy" free of fine print, games, and gimmicks. I don't parade my clients on social media with just sold photos because I respect their privacy and the difficulty many have been through. I let the results speak for themselves. 

I am local to our area. My family has called it home for generations. I grew up on our family's livestock farm that I continue to help operate. I'm a graduate of Emory & Henry College and the prestigious Worldwide College of Auctioneering. I consider it a blessing to be a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer serving those throughout Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. I have had the honor of assisting many families in the sale of their home, property, and more throughout the years. In addition, I've taught numerous marketing courses to share those skills with future generations.
